We showed them a photo to give them an idea of what we wanted it to look like, and the arrangement they put together FAR surpassed our expectations. Have ordered several times for different occasions, and each time the flowers are fresh, high quality and beautiful. They do a great job at the design of a bouquet if you know what types of flowers you like, or at least what styles you do not like. Staff here are friendly and helpful. A little pricey but worth trying for important occasions. Overall great experience!
